I've been sick.

Not fun, but thanks to dear friends who cared for me and my kids - we survived. And I am feeling sooooo much better - finally.
So I will put effort forth into a new post soon. But my brain cells are not functioning properly. (which is a true statement since my 3rd child was born - I think they call it placenta brain. AND apparently it is an irreversible condition - gross, I know. sorry)

We are still painting in the basement. Now working on the bathroom to hopefully have that finished before Brian's parents come to visit at the end of September.
We're attempting to put down tile for the floor. Never done that before. Yea. A new adventure. Which I'm finding out that although I LOVE reading about adventure, I'm not so excited about actually experiencing them anymore.

So on with your lives lovely people. While I try to finish this basement project and wait for something exciting to happen or a clever thought to cross my squishy brain.
