We were warned to cover our pansies. poor little guys.
You know what's funny?
We moved here two years ago from Michigan.
(miss you all my dear Michigan friends)
Two years ago I would have said
"Pansies?"
Yeppers! In November(ish) we take out our begonias and plant pansies for the winter.
Hah. I chuckle.
Today I put on mittens to take out the garbage.
But you know what's funny?
Two days ago I was saying it was quite a cold day out and so I went ahead and put on my warmest HOODIE SWEATSHIRT!
Then I was fine.
Again, I chuckle.
But seriously. Today it is cold. Winter coat, scarf, mittens cold.
OR stay inside, drink hot cocoa, play endless games of 
"Guess Who" with the 'princess' cold.
I think the latter.
But First!
I want to share three more things.

I told her I'd take her picture and this is her pose?
She honestly climbed up onto the couch! I was thinking a nice shot in front of the plant.
I had to put my foot down the other day and tell her that really SHE was not the boss. I am the boss and no more telling me what to do.
No chuckle...more like a pout. (just kidding)

She is fun, though.

Cold -- COLD?? you are just getting spoiled Corrie. "little purple pansies specked with yellow gold " (couldn't resist) Also, Cute Cute photo of Erin on the Setee. I think that is the proper word --or not. That's a keeper for sure.
What???? COlD are you kidding me!?! You need to come back to good old Michigan - the high to day was 5 yes...... FIVE!!!!! Oh... that did not include the wind chill so it was about negative 13 or so if you factor that in. Freezing doesn't even describe it, more like artic! Just jealous of your purple pansies! :)
I'm freezing, too!!! It's 12ยบ here right now. I want to go back to Florida so badly right now! Happy Belated Birthday, Corrie!
Seriously, I'm missing out on cold weather?? Here we are experiencing about 35 degrees but as they say" "it's a dry cold" (just kidding). Lot's of snow but none falling and not expecting any the whole time we are here :( Oh well. See ya soon~
