It snowed on Christmas Day
It was perfect! We left Michigan when Erin was just 2. She doesn't remember all the snow we had there so she was out first and came in last. She LOVED the snow.
They built three snowmen who, when melted, left behind a pile of pinestraw. Their bones.
It's snowing again today! No school. No Orthodontist appointment. No nothin'. Crazy Alabama. The kids have all grown out of our Snowy Polar World snow gear so we have to make due with layers and creativity.
The girls are in now, after an hour of play, drinking hot chocolate. The boys are still out and about somewhere. Brian is with them so I'm not too worried.
Good times.

It Snowed!
Yessiree! Brian took the camera or I'd have a beauteous picture of my very own woods with snowcover on the ground. Soooo Pretty. But as it goes, by the time Brian got back the snow had all but melted away. Luckily he got a picture of the house in all it's splendid wintry glory. Brace yourself for the "Blizzard of 2008!"
